About Me

Shiyi Liu is a Ph.D. student at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, specializing in 3D/chiplet architecture design and machine learning for architectural innovation. His research focuses on integrating advanced fabrication processes and cutting-edge machine learning techniques to develop memory-centric computing systems. Prior to his doctoral studies, he was an exchange student at the University of Notre Dame and earned his B.E. in Electronic Engineering from Nanjing University, China.
